Solutions Architect, No Magic, Inc.

Aiste has been with No Magic, Inc. since 2010. Currently she is a Solution Architect and takes responsibility for organizing webinars, producing and maintaining training material as well as educating No Magic clients on modeling languages, methods, and tools via customer support, social networks, etc. Her expertise area is model-based systems engineering (MBSE) with special focus on managing system requirements. Also, Aiste actively collaborates with her colleagues in writing papers to promote the MBSE culture in systems engineering.

Before joining the Solution Architects team, Aiste worked as the Documentation Manager and has over 5 years of practice as a technical writer. While producing technical documentation of No Magic products, she gained a lot of experience of modeling with UML, SysML, UPDM, etc., working in collaborative environment (Teamwork Server, Teamwork Cloud), publishing and reviewing models on the web (Web Portals, Cameo Collaborator). She has initiated the migration from printable documentation formats to the online wiki and is a founder of http://docs.nomagic.com.

Aiste is the editor in chief of the MagicGrid BoK. She holds a Master degree in Information Systems Engineering from Kaunas University of Technology (Lithuania) and is an OMG certified systems modeling professional (OCSMP).
