Senior Sales and Customer Support Engineer, No Magic, Inc
As a senior sales and customer support engineer at No Magic, Kyle Wippert works collaboratively with the company's sales and business development organizations to enhance customer relationships by providing a thorough understanding of the No Magic solution suite. He also assists customers with Cameo Suite technical support and modeling inquiries. Kyle is also responsible for enhancing No Magic user education by developing online training and by leading onsite customer training engagements in UML, SysML, MBSE, and BPMN. Kyle also works in a consulting role with major customers in the government, aerospace, defense, education and automotive industries. Kyle is well versed in UPDM, SoaML, TOGAF, and NEIM adding to his already extensive knowledge of UML, SysML, and BPMN. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas and resides in Plano, Texas.
