Ms. Melinda Huelar has almost three decades experience as a SAIC contractor towards delivering advanced technologies in support of Department of Defense (DoD) programs. Held numerous leadership and systems engineering positions. Has a minor in Chemistry and B.S. in Industrial Management from the College of Industrial & Systems Engineering at San Jose State University in California.
