This paper will describe some challenges of the JCIDS domain and some key lessons learned in support of an Army Program Executive Office Enterprise Implementation. It will describe the barriers to communicating the system and its interfaces across the conceptual, logical and physical domains. It will also describe some coping mechanisms we have adopted to assist in managing models over the lifecycle.
